Updates Regarding Business Personal Property

The State of Wisconsin has exempted business personal property. Businesses are no longer required to report business personal property or file a PA-003 with the City Assessor’s Office.

Businesses will no longer receive a 2024 assessment or 2024 personal property tax bill.
