Capital Projects

Wauwatosa’s Capital Improvements Program contains infrastructure and maintenance programs that are designed to enhance the quality of life across the community and ensure that future generations have well-maintained infrastructure. The five-year program is a $170 million investment in Wauwatosa, funded by property taxes, state aid, and grants.
