Updates Regarding Personal Property
Starting January 1, 2024 the State of Wisconsin has exempted business personal property. Businesses will no longer receive a 2024 assessment or 2024 personal property tax bill.
Businesses are still responsible for payments of the 2023 tax bills issued in December 2023. Payments are due by January 31, 2024.
Businesses are no longer required to report business personal property or file a PA-003 with the Wauwatosa City Assessor’s Office.
