Street Vendor Permit
A Street Vendor permit is required for street vending on public streets, or the use of a parking lot for vending. Please see the license application and Chapter 6.50 of the Wauwatosa Municipal Code for requirements and restrictions.

Applications must be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office. The application is reviewed by the Board of Public Works, and payment is due upon approval. If the sale of food is involved, a food license may be required with the Wauwatosa Health Department.
