Temporary Sidewalk Sale Permit
A temporary sidewalk sale permit may be issued to any merchant who abuts the city street for the purpose of carrying on a temporary sale on the sidewalk abutting such place of business.
The permit shall be limited to a five-day period. The sale cannot interfere with the use of the sidewalk. Applications are available in the City Clerk’s office. (Municipal Code Chapter 6.50.090)
