Park Volunteers

We have a range of opportunities for you to make a difference at Wauwatosa parks, including addressing invasive species, litter removal, planting, bird house monitoring, and more.

Our volunteer experiences are as varied as our parks. Opportunities change with the seasons. Some are big projects, and some are small. Some are one-day events, and others require orientation and special training.

Hartung Park’s Community Association organizes several events throughout the year to engage members of the community at the park. Events include clean ups, kids activities, plant sales, an organized walk, and annual meetings. Learn more.
