They are required to file a form that must be reviewed by the local assessor by March 1., encroachments, construction staging in the right-of-way, and extension of construction work hours. To be placed on an agenda, complete applications must be received by the applicable deadline. These deadlines allow for required notifications and staff review.
We strongly encourage you to discuss your request and application with city staff before the deadline to make sure your application is complete. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted or placed on a meeting agenda.

Fees
Application fees vary depending on the type of request:
- Board of Public Works applications: $150 per request
- Landscaping variance: $175 per request
- Parking exception: $175 per request
After staff reviews your application, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided with your online application. You can pay the fee online by credit card.
If you are unable to apply through the online portal or pay by credit card, contact city staff for assistance.
Payment must be received before the meeting. Requests with unpaid fees will be removed from the meeting agenda.
